Vendors independently operate their stores and are responsible for managing their listings, orders, and deliveries.

1.2 No Responsibility for Transactions

We do not take responsibility for the quality, safety, legality, pricing, authenticity, or delivery of products sold on our platform. Digi Dukan is not a party to any transaction between vendors and buyers.

1.3 Vendor and Buyer Disputes

Any disputes related to product quality, fulfillment, delivery delays, or return requests must be resolved directly between the vendor and the buyer. Digi Dukan shall bear no responsibility for resolving such disputes.

1.4 No Warranty or Guarantees

Digi Dukan does not provide any warranties or guarantees for products or services sold on the platform. Buyers are advised to verify the product details and vendor credibility before making a purchase.

1.5 No Financial Liability

We are not liable for any financial losses, chargebacks, fraud, or disputes between vendors and buyers. Vendors must ensure they conduct their business ethically and lawfully.

2. Vendor Responsibilities

2.1 Product Listing Accuracy

Vendors must ensure that product listings are accurate, including descriptions, pricing, and stock availability. Misrepresentation or false advertising will lead to penalties or removal from the platform.

2.2 Legal Compliance

Vendors are required to comply with all applicable laws, including consumer protection laws, tax regulations, and e-commerce policies. Any violations will result in legal action or penalties.

2.3 Order Fulfillment and Delivery

Vendors are solely responsible for processing orders, packaging products, and ensuring timely delivery. Any delays or issues with delivery must be communicated to the buyer directly.

2.4 Tax and Financial Responsibilities

Vendors must provide accurate tax details and comply with local tax regulations. Digi Dukan does not assume any responsibility for the tax obligations of vendors.

2.5 Prohibited Items

Vendors must not list counterfeit, illegal, or restricted items on the platform. If found violating this policy, the vendor will be penalized, and their account may be suspended or terminated.

2.6 Penalties for Violations

If a vendor is found engaging in fraudulent activities, misleading buyers, or failing to fulfill orders, Digi Dukan reserves the right to impose penalty charges, suspend services, or permanently remove the vendor from the platform.

3. Buyer Responsibilities

3.1 Purchase at Own Risk

Buyers acknowledge that all transactions occur directly with vendors. Digi Dukan does not assume responsibility for product quality, refunds, or exchanges.

3.2 Reporting Issues

If a buyer encounters any issues with a vendor, they must report the matter directly to the vendor. Digi Dukan does not intervene in such disputes.

3.3 Prohibited Activities

Buyers must not engage in fraudulent activities, misuse the platform, or attempt to manipulate product reviews. Any such behavior will result in penalties or account termination.

4. Delivery and Logistics

4.1 Vendor’s Responsibility

Vendors are responsible for ensuring that products are delivered in a timely and secure manner. If they fail to deliver as promised, they may face penalties.

4.2 Delivery Provider Issues

Digi Dukan is not responsible for delivery issues arising from third-party logistics providers. Vendors must handle any claims related to lost or damaged shipments.

5. Payments, Refunds, and Charges

5.1 Payment Processing

Digi Dukan provides a payment gateway for transactions. However, any disputes related to payments must be resolved directly between vendors and buyers.

5.2 Refunds and Returns

Refunds and returns are solely the responsibility of the vendor. Digi Dukan does not process refunds on behalf of vendors.

5.3 Penalty Charges

Digi Dukan reserves the right to impose penalty charges on vendors or buyers if they are found violating the platform's terms, engaging in fraudulent activities, or failing to meet their responsibilities.

6. Subscription Plans and Modifications

6.1 Plan Changes

Digi Dukan reserves the right to change subscription plans, pricing, or service charges at any time without prior notice. Vendors must regularly review their subscription details to stay informed.

6.2 Cancellation and Fees

If a vendor wishes to cancel their subscription, they must follow the proper cancellation process. Any outstanding charges or penalties must be cleared before termination.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership Rights

All branding, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with Digi Dukan belong to the Company. Vendors and buyers are prohibited from using our brand name without written consent.

8. Termination of Accounts

8.1 Violation of Terms

Digi Dukan reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account found violating these Terms.

8.2 Vendor Removal

Vendors who consistently fail to fulfill orders, mislead buyers, or violate platform policies may be removed from the platform without prior notice.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Vendor-Buyer Disputes

Digi Dukan is not responsible for resolving disputes between vendors and buyers. All disputes must be settled independently.

9.2 Platform-Related Complaints

If a vendor or buyer has concerns about platform functionality, they may contact our support team for assistance. However, this does not imply liability on Digi Dukan’s part.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
